    Home cooks and bakers around your neighborhood, with menus, photos, ratings, and a verified license badge on every store.

  2. Order now or pick a window

    Grab what’s fresh today, or reserve a pickup window for batch dishes. Kitchens set windows as short as five minutes for food that has to stay hot.

  3. Drive over, tap “I’m here”

    In-app directions bring you to the green pickup zone. Add your car’s color and plate so the cook knows exactly who to look for.

  4. Handed to your window

    The cook walks it out to the car. No parking hunt, no queue, no delivery bag sweating in the sun. You never leave your seat.

Batches, not shifts

Kitchens publish the hours they hand off each week and how many pickups fit in each window. When a window is full it closes for that day, so nothing oversells and nobody waits.

The badge means an inspection

Licensed means a real Dubai Municipality visit: the kitchen, the hygiene training, the permits on file. And every dish lists its ingredients and allergens, because the law requires it and your family deserves it.

Also in the app: live sell-out tracking so “available” always means available, in-app messages with the kitchen for “running five minutes late”, and one-tap reorders of your favorites.

Do you deliver?

No, and that’s the point. Pick Up is curbside pickup only: you collect your order fresh, straight from the kitchen that made it. No delivery fees, no drivers, no half-hour in a hot bag.

Who can sell on Pick Up?

Only licensed home food businesses. Sellers upload their UAE trade license and Dubai Municipality food permit, and we verify the documents before their store can open. Cafés and restaurants join in a later phase.

How do payments work?

Pay in the app with Apple Pay or card, processed securely by Stripe, and the kitchen only sees your order once payment is confirmed. Prefer cash? Choose cash on pickup and pay at the window.

What if I can’t make my pickup window?

You can message the kitchen from your order, and cancel before they start preparing. Someone else can also collect for you: scheduled orders use the “I’m here” button, so whoever drives simply taps it on arrival.

Where is Pick Up available?

We’re launching in Dubai first, with the rest of the UAE and the wider GCC to follow.
